Mission:  

Our mission is to close the technology gap in underrepresented minorities. We do so by donating our time and money to organizations that are working in empowering students in minority communities. The pool operators volunteer as coding class instructors to provide free coding classes for middle and high school students. Since the program started in February 2020, we have been able to reach more than 80 students from the USA, Netherland, Ethiopia, and South Africa. In addition to time donation, we are committed to donating 10% of our net pool fees to help this cause. Additionally, we are working on building a set of free dashboards to help SPOs and ADA owners analyze Cardano data easily. This is still a work in progress but you can see the first dashboard we built here.

Extra Info about us: PLOT is the first all Ethiopian operated stake pool. Our team is composed of professionals with more than 35 years of combined experience in software development, analytics, and IT infrastructure. We live in the greater Seattle area and are active in the community. We believe Cardano has the potential to empower underserved communities by providing them with access to capital, identity, and technology platforms. We are excited to see the partnership between IOHK and the Ethiopian government. Running a stake pool and building Cardano dashboards are just the first steps in establishing partnerships. We have plans to build applications on top of Cardano Smart contracts and the Atala Prism to benefit communities in developing countries.
