Mission: Our Stake Pool is named after medical Golgi apparatus. It is responsible for transporting, modifying, and packaging proteins and lipids into vesicles for delivery to targeted destinations.

We are a team with several professions in medician, fitness, nutrition, science and engineering environment and we want to support charity projects in the medical and welfare field (eg. Establish a reserve of funds to invest in Regenerative Medicine) and support educational People Education on Cryptocurrencies.

Technology is going fast in every area and it is necessary to support and educate to the potential future. Despite pool’s young age, Golgi is an ambitious stake-pool with a long-term view.

Our goal is to create the largest Italian pool in terms of managed transactions, impact towards the ecosystem and mission pursued.

Our delegates are specialized doctors and other profile (lawyers, bankers, …) who have been active in Charities field for years.

The 3 main missions of our “mission driven” stake pool are:

  • Supporting charity projects in the medical and welfare field (eg. Establish a reserve of funds to invest in Regenerative Medicine)
  • Contributing real value to the Cardano ecosystem and community  in order to support People Education on Cryptocurrencies
  • Investing in new sound form of money free from the manipulation of outside factors

Every 3 months we give 20% of node rewards to support the Centre for Regenerative Medicine “Stefano Ferrari” in Modena (Italy). The activity of the Centre for Regenerative Medicine ”Stefano Ferrari” (CMR) of the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia is focused on basic and translational research of epithelial stem cells and is aimed at their clinical application in cell and gene therapy. To celebrate our first block,  we made the first donation in July.

Extra Info about you?: We are active on Cardano Community, as Plutus Pioneer program contributor (second cohort) and we have already involved two secondary schools in Rome “Margherita Hack” and “Morandi” on a project  for teenagers, related to blockchain learning.
